Terms Of Sale
- We will not hold or secure any reptile for you without a small none refundable deposit due to timewasters.
- If you do not collect when arranged without letting us know prior to the arranged time of collection or we do not hear from you after a month of the deposit being paid we will assume you no longer want the reptile(s) and you will loose the deposit and the reptile(s) will be come available to others. eg if you pay a deposit on 14th March you will have until 14th April to collect / get in touch.
- The reptile(s) must be paid for in full before or on collection.  If paying by cheque, this will have to clear first before you collect your reptile.  
- Sex is not guaranteed in young reptile(s) especially with lizards, snakes are more reliably sexed. Any errors will be corrected on a case by case basis where we have stated a certain sex which turned out to be incorrect.  

Guarantee
- Every reptile will be healthy when sold (we will never sell sick or injured animals), it will be guaranteed for 48 hours after sale. After this time, we cannot accept any claims unless a vet has proved there was a problem that was not your fault. If you have a problem, please email us within this 48 hour period and we will contact you to arrange returning the reptile(s) for a refund / replacement.  
- Every reptile we sell, will be eating well (we shall advise you on their current diet) and at least a month old (normally between 2-3 months+ ), with no known health problems.  


After Sales Care
- If you need any help after purchasing your reptile, we will only be an email away and will reply with help ASAP. If we can't help, we will do our best to find someone who can.
